Carl David Roberts, 59, died Saturday, April 7, 2012 of complications of a Gall Bladder surgery at UVRMC in Provo, Utah. He was born January 2, 1953 at the Lehi Hospital, Lehi, Utah.
He was employed at Utah Valley University in the printing department. He was loved by all who knew him. Carl had an extreme love for horses and was lovingly known as "Cowboy Carl." He left us way too early and way too young.
Carl is survived by his wife Sally Roberts, Springville, Utah, son David Roberts, SLC, son Cody Roberts, Nevada, daughter Teresa, Lehi, brothers Craig R. Roberts, Highland, Utah, Clayton Lee Roberts, Fountain Valley, California, Troy Dell Roberts, St. George, Utah, step-children, Ammie Martin, Pernell Roberts and Johanna Roberts. He was preceded in death by his father Reed C. Roberts and mother Louise B. Roberts.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, April 14, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Wing Mortuary, 118 East Main, Lehi. A viewing will be held Friday evening from 6-8:00 p.m. at the Mortuary and one hour prior to services on Saturday morning.
